Colour/Brand Management

Once artwork is ready to go to press, CIP 3 files (Exact Colour Percentages from designers file) are sent to the press electronically.

This enables the press to disperse the correct amount of ink onto the sheet.

At set-up and at defined intervals throughout a print run, sheets are scanned with our Heidelberg Prinect Image Control scanner to ensure colour consistency throughout the print run, thus ensuring your brand is never compromised.

This colour management system also has a built in memory, so if a job has to be re-ordered, there will not even be a half of a percent of variance in colour, as the previous colour will be held on file. This system will also ensure that if there is marry ups in a printed product both pages will not have any variance in colour.
