Lithographic Offset Printing refers to the process whereby ink is applied to a zinc plate and transferred (offset) onto a rubber blanket,
which is then transferred onto paper.At Castle Print in Galway we have mastered the latest technologies
in Lithographic Offset Printing and invested in the best equipment the industry has to offer. Precision in colour accuracy, plate registration and finishing ensure that we surpass our customer’s expectations by supplying premium print, on time and at the right price.
The equipment in our press room includes:
- Heidelberg Speedmaster CD74 (B2) 5 colour, with inline Aqueous coating/varnish
- Heidelberg Speedmaster CD102 (B1) 5 colour, with Aqueous coating/varnish
- Heidelberg GTO 52 1 colour
- Heidelberg MO 1 colour
Both of our five colour presses are linked to our colour management system and press proofing facilities are available.
