The printing industry can be viewed as one which is damaging to the environment but with responsible environmental procedures in place this is not the case. Due to our continual investment Castle Print Galway ensures that all of our machinery and equipment are the most efficient and environmentally friendly machinery in the market.
At Castle Print we source our paper from FSC and PEFC accredited suppliers and use soya based printing inks. We are currently in the process of getting FSC and PEFC approved. All our wastepaper, plastics, cardboard, chemicals, and metals are recycled, Thus ensuring as an organization we have as little impact on the environment as possible.
Castle Print can provide Carbon Neutral paper to our clients and the first in Ireland to offer this. Castle Print is now also offering Carbon Neutral paper to our customers. What this means, is that the Co2 produced during the paper manufacturing and delivery process is neutralized, therefore balancing out the damaging effect the manufacturing and delivery processes of the paper has on the environment. When the Co2 is neutralized through Castle Print, our customers can use the Carbon Neutral logo on their print productions.
